The house is located in the beautiful La Cachora residential district at the beginning of the La Cachora Beach road. You are a convenient and very scenic walk to both the town and the spectacular La Cachora Beach and La Poza Lagoon. The perfect spot for the whale watching, turtle release programs, sunset walks and horseback riding and sunbathing on one of the longest beaches that you will ever experience.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with Kingsize beds and en suite bathrooms and terraces and 1 garden bedroom with en suite bathroom with one Full size bed and one twin bed.

Casa del Chilicote is a large and confortable house with large exterior terraces and living areas. Perfect fo entertaining with a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry/storage room. Television and DVD in the main living room, wireless internet access and 2 chimneys inside and outside.
