We took our search very seriously and hit at least 2 taco stands a day.
We started off with the well established and much loved Carnitas Barajas. Pork and crackling to the English. Carnitas y Chicharones if you are Mexican. With delicious freshly made salsas. I have been going to Barajas from the first day I arrived in Todos Santos.This time I accompanied Steve Miller in search of the perfect taco. The competition starts here.
