Rates

Rental rates are in US dollars. 20% government tax is added to the total upon check out.

Reservations

Hotelito Hacienda reservations can be made securely on our website. 30 days prior to your arrival the card used to hold your reservation will be charged in full. If you need to cancel your reservation please see our strict cancellation policy below. The Hotelito Rentals are by arrangement only. Please inquire here.

Cancellation Policy

We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance. 

No penalty if canceled more than 14 days prior to arrival date.

If a guest fails to cancel 14 days prior to their arrival, they shall forfeit 100% of the booking amount.

Or if for any reason a guest is not able to or chooses not to complete their stay, the booking is non-transferable to any other party. Guests who choose not to complete their stay forfeit all monies put forth for the deposit and any other monies charged according to the cancellation policy.

Hotelito Hacienda A 25% non refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation.

Arrival Policy

Guests may arrive to check in at 3pm or as late as 9pm. If your arrival time will be after 9pm, please contact us to make arrangements prior to your date of arrival.  

Children, Pets and Smoking

All rooms are non-smoking, you may smoke on your private terraces and in the bar area.

We try to be flexible with regard to children staying, please advise at the time of your booking enquiry what ages your children are.

At this time we do not allow pets. Good news is that you can get your animal fix with our charming rescue animals. They look forward to meeting you!

Damage

To avoid unnecessarily inconveniencing our customers, the Hotelito will not collect an upfront security deposit at the time of booking. However, the Hotelito reserves the right to charge the customer for any damages or excessive cleaning required as a result of guest behavior.

Such damages include: stains from blood, alcohol, makeup and/or other permanent products; broken, burnt or torn furniture; missing furniture; broken, burnt or damaged tiles, glass, wall paint or wood. 

In the case that such damage occurs, the customer will be charged a $50 USD penalty plus the cost of whatever materials are required to repair the damage.

Personal Liability

The Hotelito will not be liable for missing, lost or allegedly stolen items during a guest's stay. The Hotelito requires guests to stay at their own risk and will not be liable for injuries or accidents during the time of a guests stay.

Keys

Guests will be given 2 keys upon arrival, one for their individual abode and one for the main entrance. Lost or misplaced keys will result in a $50 replacement charge.

Check In

Credit card and Identification documents will be collected from all guests upon arrival. The Hotelito reserves the right to refuse guests who do not provide proper identification and payment information.
